Mr. Mysterious slowly got close to her and sat beside her. Then he gently took her hand and comforted her with a soothing voice, “I see. You are not afraid of this tie. You are afraid because you thought I was Cristofer, right?”

After a few seconds, Estelle nodded slowly.

Mr. Mysterious chuckled and flicked her forehead. “How is it possible? You think too much.”

Estelle also felt that she had overreacted just now. She sighed slightly and said, “Sir, I really hope the cooling-off period ends as soon as possible. I even wish that I could travel through time and go through the divorce procedures immediately. I don’t want to have anything to do with Cristofer anymore.”

“Time passes quickly. You’ll divorce him soon,” Mr. Mysterious said calmly.

The tie had ruined the passionate atmosphere, and both the two of them had come back to their senses.

Feeling embarrassed, they fell into silence.
