Then he whispered to the nurse beside him, “Call the police. I suspect that this lady was abused.”

“Okay!” The nurse nodded and immediately ran to the nursing station to call the police.

Estelle was intubated on the bed, and the ECG monitor beside showed all her vital signs.

Her blood pressure had dropped severely to less than 100 mmHg and was still dropping. And her clothes and the bed sheet were completely soaked in blood, which looked shocking.

‘Why did she bleed so much? What exactly had happened to her?’

Cristofer thought.

Seeing Estelle’s pale face and bloodless lips, he felt distressed. Besides, her eyes were closed tightly, making him feel as if she had been dead.

Cristofer shook his head and didn’t dare to think more.

“Excuse me, please. We need to send this lady to the emergency room immediately,” the nurse said as she pushed him away. Then she asked the others to push the transport stretcher into the emergency room quickly.
