"It's okay, Auntie and Uncle are watching over Bella. You focus on your work," Beatrice reassured Elle.

Elle smiled, "Thank you, Auntie..."

"You're welcome, dear."

"Bella, come here, sweetheart, clean your hands first," Beatrice instructed. Meanwhile, Gaston approached little Bella and scooped her up.

"Ahhh... Grandpa's grandchild is so adorable!" he exclaimed joyfully.

Elle, witnessing it all, felt truly happy, experiencing the warmth of family. Beatrice and Gaston had arrived in Africa three months earlier. Ludwig had received a letter from these respected elders, whom he regarded as his own parents, saying they had installed a private telephone line and given it to Ludwig.
