Now, it was Steve's turn. He had been observing the previous CEOs' reactions.

As Steve sat down in front of Austin, Austin's phone vibrated in Max's hand.

"Mr. Austin, it's a call from Mrs. Bella," Max interrupted, handing the phone to Austin.

Before entering, Austin instructed Max to hold his phone.

Hearing this, Steve turned sharply.

"Hmm," Austin reached out to take the phone from Max's hand.

"Wait a moment!" Austin exclaimed, raising his hand towards Steve.

"Yes, love?" Austin answered, holding the phone close to his ear. Unashamed and unhesitant, he spoke in front of his colleagues.

"Hmm, yes, dear."

"Okay, love, I'll handle this quickly... I miss you too... Bye," he finished the call and hung up.

Max quickly approached Austin to retrieve his phone. Steve's blood boiled overhearing Austin's conversation with Bella.
