Chapter 67. Old Acquaintance (1)

Nalzen’s POV

I’m so tired from yesterday’s battle with Aaron. My whole body is aching.

I can’t move my legs and my precious jewel is aching a little bit.

Aaron’s punishment is like heaven and hell!

My eyes are still closed when my phone rang.

It’s Laine! I immediately answer.

“Laine, what’s the problem?” I asked curiously.

“Good afternoon ma’am, I will ask if you will come to work this afternoon. We have pending interviews for the new models. They are scheduled this morning but I told them to come back this afternoon.” Laine explains to me.

Just what the fuck! I slept until the afternoon. And Aaron didn’t wake me up! Just where is he?

“Oh, I slept for how many hours? Call all applicants and tell them to come to my office at exactly 2 pm.” I said while looking at my wall clock.

It’s still 1:00 pm. I still have time to prepare.

“Yes ma’am.” She answered and I turn off the call.

I run immediately to the bathroom an
