Hephaestus POV

Beautiful! Fucking Sweet!

I smiled as I remembered how the kids fought for the rooms. There were more than enough rooms for them to stay in the castle but they fought over each one anyone took.

They had fun running from one place to another and it was more fun watching them do that. I never knew having kids around could be that fun.

Nat and I could have one or two. I guessed three would be better. We hadn't talked since the last time and I missed her even when she was so close.

I heard the kids arguing outside and I joined them to see what was going on that morning. I expected to see them around but they were nowhere to be found.

Where could they be?

I decided to go check. Their voices became louder as I drew closer to them. They were in the dining room. They all had their eyes on me when they saw me.

"Strong man," Buck called.

My eyes weren't on them anymore. They were on the dining table. The
