Chapter 44. Againts the Water-Powered Queen

Elijah ran back to the base as fast as he could, the lumen light in his hand. He passed through the dense trees and bushes without much resistance. Elijah didn't want to risk using his telekinetic powers. It would be fatal if he ran out of power and fell unconscious.

Elijah could faintly hear the sound of bullets, explosions, ahead of him. His footsteps had almost reached the base, but why was there still noise? Elijah didn't slow down until he reached the edge of the forest.
