Chapter 298. In New York

Arriving in New York was jaw-dropping. The city’s skyline could not be compared to any other city. It was magnificent. I could not help but stare at the buildings as we started to descend. 

This was the city that almost everyone loved and wanted to go to. It was where the dream came through, or at least that was what I thought. 

I made sure that my seatbelt was fastened as we landed. There was some friction when the tires of the plane touched the runway, and that caused a bump or two, but either than that, it was a smooth landing. 

When we finally came to a stop, a few people were already out of their seats even though the sign for that was still on. Seeing them doing the same, I decided to do it too. But the moment I unbuckled mine, the seatbelt sign went off. 

Nevertheless, I grabbed my carry-on bag and managed to get out of the aircraft. I could not believe that I was not in Seattle again. Do you want to know a fun fact about me? The only time
