Chapter 18. The Vampire’s Human Mate

Aesthetic’s POV:

“I will…” I murmured and broke the connections of our eyes. “Let’s go to your friends.” I added, hoping that this scene will end here in order for me to avoid those intense attentions.

“Shy?” He asked out of curiosity and smirked teasingly. His eyebrows are now calm and his eyes run with a slightly amused reaction. I turned my eyes and looked away.

The music is still at its low pace and the people here are busy with their own matters. But why do I feel that there’s someone staring at me from this room? I can’t be lied to by my own senses! This room has thousands of guests and you can’t just search for it one by one.

“Let’s go…” He said and loosened his grip on my waist. He moved his hand on mine and walked towards his circle of friends earlier. I followed him while observing how the people made a path for him. Was he really that scary to the state that even some high class person was ready to move away just for him and his ego?
