"I'm sorry, I left without a word," Kim heard as she rolled the bed, opening her eyes to the bright room. The sunlight crept into the room, shining on her face. Kim pulled the duvet as she covered her naked body.

Wiping her blurry eyes, she found Miran on the phone, and he had a white towel on his waist. She stared at him with a smile as he looked like a god who had just dropped from the heavens.

Finally, he turned to her, and she swallowed, clearing her throat.

"I promise I'd be there," he breathed, staring at her, their eyes locked. "I have to go now," he said, immediately hanging up.

"Good morning," she stretched slightly.

Miran dropped his phone close to the desk beside him, and slowly as ever, he climbed over her. Kim chuckled, and her hands rested on his broad shoulders.
