Chapter 20

Dom flatly denied my invitation, which disappointed me. I tried to sleep by closing my eyes, but sleep eluded me. I got out of bed, annoyed that I didn't receive what she wanted, and proceeded towards the door. On my way to Dom's room, I tiptoed down the hallway and exhaled deeply while pausing outside his door.
