Chapter 73. Reconciliation

The next morning, Emma woke up earlier than usual. After the tense night they had, she couldn’t sleep any longer and hoped that a nice breakfast might ease the tension between her and Jackson. With a determined mindset, she left her room and headed toward the kitchen, intending to prepare a warm breakfast for him herself.
