Chapter 52. Fake
It’s difficult for us to get out of Savier’s company because of the reporters. After the outrage that happened inside his office. He wanted to take me home but I really wanted to see Papa. It’s been a long time.
He was holding my hand while he was driving.
“Where will we go? Isn’t Dad in your company?”
He shook his head and turned to me. I looked down at the sleeve of his shirt that was not in good shape. My cheeks flushed as I remembered the desk and the scattering of papers that his secretary was now cleaning.
“There are many ears and eyes in the company. I’m taking them to a private hotel,” he replied. “He’s with my cousins.”
“Who’s cousin?” I ask. He raised one eyebrow at my question and frowned.
“Manuel and Ezekiel.” I nodded.
“The one with you at the conference? Those two handsome?”
“Roxette…” with emphasis word, he turned to me and a little angry face.
“What?” I blinked at the anger he threw at me.
“I’m jealous.”
