Aron’s POV

I was sitting in the living room of Becky’s house repeating a mantra that was supposed to calm down my frayed nerves.

It didn’t help, damn it!

Be patient.

She will come home soon.

You can talk to her then.

I AM NOT A PATIENT MAN!

Sure I can be patient when it comes to work. But even then I am fighting with everything in me and am always a few steps ahead. That’s why I always get what I want.

But with Becky, it was a different story.

All this was an unknown ground for me.

I wanted her. And my opinion was, I had to just get her out of my system.

She told me she is not one to pursue a relationship at this time.

That she is trying to find herself first after years of losing herself to the fashion world.

But even though I told myself every time that it was just a fleeting obsession I couldn’t ignore the voice at the back of my mind that kept questioning if it was r
