Chapter 36. Epilogue
Loren’s POV
I automatically lost my focus when I noticed someone from the other table staring at me. From my peripheral vision, I caught her examining my uniform and her mysteriously evident brown eyes darted on my face right after.
I’m not usually intimidated with this kind of stares, may it be intentionally or not. But there’s just something in her eyes that bothers me as time passes by. I couldn’t contain it, I felt so uneasy.
I blinked as I forced myself to focus on my book, but seconds later, I found myself spacing out while blankly looking at the certain page – absolutely not absorbing anything. With that, I heaved a sigh and decided to close my book and stood up.
She’s now busy on her laptop. With a creased forehead and emphatic closed lips, she got my attention. I quickly wrote a flirting note in a peace of a fucking paper because I don’t know what the fuck has gotten into my head. I walked towards her table and shamelessly made my move.
