“Is the CEO in?” George asked JK’s secretary who looked quite surprised to see him. The last time he came to see JK, he came with the news about the mess Betty was involved in.

“Yes, do you have an appointment with him or did he call you over?” She asked.

She was curious about what the problem was this time around and the fact that he looked composed when his boss was in deep trouble was something that was shocking.

“I don’t, I just have to see him urgently,” He said.

“Wait a bit so I can call him to ask,” She said.

“You can go in,” She said after exchanging a few words with JK over the phone.

“Thanks,” He muttered before walking away.

“Good morning sir,” He bowed a bit as he came face to face with JK.

“Yeah morning, have your seat,” JK offered, glancing at him.

“Do you need anything?” He asked curiously.
