Chapter 14. Senior Councilmen

The first meeting between Octavius and his son had gone better than anyone could have ever hoped for. The child was content in his presence the entire time that he held him, and it wasn’t until Octavius reluctantly gave control back to Brad, that his son began fussing and crying once more.
