Karen's POV:

"Jon?" And I almost regretted making this call. I felt terrible. No, I felt angry.

"Karen is that you?" He asked in a soft calm voice.

"Yes, it's me."

"Where are you, Karen? What's going on?" I could hear the fear in his voice.

"I'm so sorry, Jon."

"Karen, stop. I do not know what to tell my parents."

"Just tell them what I said earlier."

"I don't understand. Do you have any idea how much damage this is going to cause?"

"I can't do this. Not right now."

"Karen, don't you dare hang up that phone," he warned and I couldn't. I hung up.

"You could just trace the call, right?" I asked the detective after explaining all that happened with the call.
