Sasha walked into the bathroom fifteen minutes after Michael left the house. She stepped into the tub; the hot water soothed her aching bones. She shut her eyes and held her breath before going under the water. She raised her head when she was out of breath. She opened her eyes and filled her lungs with air. Should she call his mother? But won’t it be bad for her to call her mother-in-law to complain about her son three days after their wedding? But what about her own parents? Should she call them?
