Soon, I reached the hotel and went upstairs to the hotel room. My heart started beating fast. I slowly opened the door and saw Daksh standing on the balcony looking at the sky. I swear I saw him wiping a tear. It made my heart break at the sight of him looking so sad and crying.

What happened to you, Daksh?

I slowly walked to him and hugged him from behind. I felt him stiffening under my touch. He didn't say anything at first, he just let me hug him.

"Why did you leave me there alone? I didn't do anything wrong and don't understand why are you angry with me. Why were you crying? Is there something wrong, Daksh? Please tell me," I pleaded with him. He didn't say anything else. There was a suffocating silence surrounding us.

I turned him towards me and cupped his face in my hand. I saw his eyes filled with hurt, anger, and pain. The intensity in his eyes made me shiver.
