Chapter 82 (Special)

Yumi’s POV

The sun was shining brightly, and a gentle breeze rustled through the trees as we set up their picnic spot in the park. We had decided to have a double date with Mavi and Taylor, and we were both excited to spend a relaxing day together.

I had prepared a delicious spread of summer fruits—juicy watermelon slices, sweet strawberries, and refreshing slices of mango. Clint had brought along a basket of freshly baked pastries and a thermos of iced tea. As we laid out the picnic blanket, I couldn’t help but feel grateful today, that I could spend it with the beautiful people in my life.

Mavi and Taylor arrived shortly after, with baby Olivia in tow. The little bundle of joy had grown so much since we last saw her. She was now trying to take her first steps, stumbling and giggling as she attempted to walk.

“Oh my goodness, look at her!” I exclaimed, my eyes shining with excitement as I watched Olivia walk around. “She’s growing up so fast!”
