Chapter 113. Like an Angry Ex

Belle’s face was buried in the pillows when she heard the sound of a vibrating phone. She lifted her head to see a missed call notification on the screen of the phone.

She saw Alex’s name on the screen and immediately knew the phone that just rang wasn’t hers; it was Ben’s. The bathroom door opened, so she closed her eyes, not wanting him to think she was going through his phone.

Ben walked around the bed to near where she lay. He took his phone from the bed and left for the changing room with it. After he left, Belle opened her eyes and lay there in bed, debating whether to ask him about Alex because she remembered seeing a call from her once before when he was with her.
