Chapter 18. Don’t Cover Yourself from Me

He stepped out of the elevator to the room. He was going back to her after leaving her; he couldn’t help it.

When he walked in, he didn’t see her asleep as he expected; he didn’t even see her in the room.

“Belle?” He called but didn’t get a response. He went to the bathroom; maybe she was there.

He looked around when he got to the bathroom. He didn’t see her at first after looking around, but he decided to walk in further, and there she was, in the bathtub, asleep.

He quickly bent and checked her pulse with fear, and when he could feel her pulse, he sighed with relief, wondering what she was doing sleeping in the bathtub.
