Chapter 96. Finding Out

A new piece of jewelry was brought to the stage and unveiled. It was a diamond piece. All the ladies in the room had their eyes on it immediately, when its covering cloth was taken off.

Ben turned his eyes to catch Belle also staring at it; he finally found something that she liked, or so he assumed...but she had to like it; everyone in the room had their eyes on it. He smiled lightly before asking:

“Do you like it?” Belle grinned a little shyly.

“I mean, it’s beautiful.” She replied with a shrug.

“I will get it for you.” He saw her eyes light up with unhidden excitement when he told her.
