Rodriguez and Jacy

Rodriguez had been seeing Jacy for months now and within himself he had come to an appreciable stage in their relationship when he thought it wise to propose to Jacy and make her his wife.

So on this fateful day, he took her on a date at a coffee café downtown, placed their orders which were two cups of hot creamy coffee for the harsh winter which had been heavy all month and sat to their orders. With keen expectant eyes, Rodriguez had stared at Jacy who was busy sipping her hot coffee out of her likeness for coffee.

“Why those looks?” Jacy asked Rodriguez who was blushing now. He was all smiles, knowing that soon Jacy would know his reason for smiling.

Jacy had her remaining coffee in a gulp only to realize a sizeable metal was about to enter her mouth. Once she stared close into the cup of coffee, she was stunned to behold a gold engagement ring.

Rodriguez shot his smile at her face that had already curled up a mysterious frown.
