Mary was shocked by her bone marrow, she wondered from where Eva got a gun, even though she felt relieved to have her daughter armed and fit to face them.

“Who do we have here?” Tony asked, almost choking with laughter, and then he started coughing when he couldn’t quench the cough with another laugh. He dug out a cigar from his pocket, lit and smoked with great appetite, “I want to meet with your shabby mother not you, else I would have pulled down the door to your room and bullied you like a beast. Now you are standing there and pointing a gun at me is very disrespectful and my boys wouldn’t take that shit from you.”

Eva stole a glance at the boys with the corner of her eyes and saw they were looking more hostile than she saw them from afar. They seemed not to be disturbed by her unannounced presence; worse of it, they were out to drain all the wine and spirits in the wine shelf as they kept emptying one bottle after another into the stomach, as
