"Wh…what?". Her mouth opened slightly and her eyes widened. The heart beat had increased too.

"What did you say?".

She asked turning to look at Travis. She looked back at her trembling hands, listening intently to what ever the nurse was saying to her.

Then her phone slipped away from her hands, falling onto the bed and bouncing to the tiled floor with a clash.

"What is wrong, babe?". Travis asked pushing the tray aside and shifting closer to her. He picked the phone up and placed it on the lamp stand.

"Did you go to visit dad some days ago?". She asked.

"What? No I didn't". Travis replied. "What happened?".

"It's late now so are you thinking tomorrow?". He asked.

"Yes, tomorrow morning. We'll stay there till the noon".
