Chapter 74. The Storm

Kiara’s POV

Everything is chaos as our allies attack from the sides, closing the enemy in between them and us. We kill left and right without shifting, breaking necks and making sure to push the enemy into the shifted allies all around us. Maze keeps me by his side, not letting me stray too far away from him. We need to get to Magoth and Narine, but for the moment they have disappeared.

‘Does anyone have sight of the leaders?’ I mind-link everyone, but no one has seen them since we surprised them back with our own trap. I curse under my breath as I dodge a rogue jumping at me. Maze pushes me behind him, shifts into Havoc and attacks the rogue who dares go after his mate. I shake my head, catching my breath for a second. I’m trying to get an overview of where people are, and where Magoth and Narine could have run off to. They are not getting away this time.
