Strangely enough, she felt better after saying that. When she straightened up in bed, Eden called for Gwen to bring her paper and a pencil.
She wanted to make a list of the work that needed to be done to renovate her apartments, the nursery, and why not Ian's as well.
After all, maybe he wasn't too happy living in an environment chosen by his brother.

“Have you used up all the paper in this castle?” asked Ian.
Eden, who thought she was alone, looked up at her husband and saw that the bed was covered with lists, notes and sketches.
Ian stood at the threshold, leaning against the doorframe, his morning coat thrown casually over his shoulder.
His shirt was open above his neck, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. His hair was in his eyes and he had a long scratch on his forearm.
