Adrian's POV

It's been almost a week since Lola got kidnapped, but it felt like an eternity to me. My whole life had been turned upside down and I had no idea how I was going to move on with my life without her. 

Daxon wasn't on a rampage anymore, but I could feel him slipping away. He connected with Jasmine more, and it was quite understandable that he would get more affected. 

After I was hit with a tranquilizer, I woke up with silver chains around my wrists and legs, and I was chained to the floor of the dungeon. Nathan was nearby, looking at me with sadness in his eyes, and I allowed my tears to flow. I cried so hard like I had never done before in my life.

I asked Nathan how long I had been out for, and he said 2 days. They had gone out to search everywhere for Lola but to no avail. Some were not even back yet, but there were no positive responses from them.
