Lola's POV
"I want you to mark me, Adrian."
He looked at me like I had grown another head, and I started thinking it was a bad idea. "Did you just ask me to mark you?" He asked, and I shook my head.
"Forget I said anything. It was a bad idea. Just forget it," I rushed out before turning in the direction of the library aisle that I emerged from, my cheeks on fire.
What was I thinking asking him to mark me? I knelt with my back facing the direction I came from as I held my head in my hands. I froze when I heard him behind me.
