Atarah looked at the woman who was in front of her, she was breathtakingly gorgeous. She looked still so young even if she had told her the true age of hers. She couldn’t believe that it was Ahren Lucas’s mother. She had heard that Ahren’s mother died while saving his father. That means saving Alpha Ascian.

But to her surprise, here she is. So alive and so well. Looking at her face, Atarah knew that she was hurt inside of her. Atarah remembered the things she said to Demir earlier before taking her to the room now she’s staying. The way she asked about Ahren and the way she smiled hearing about him, Atarah’s heart tightened. She had lived eighteen years without her son and mate.
