“What about Kaylin? Any news from her?” Charles asked as they sat around the coffee table in Michel’s private room, the map was laid out as they tried to divide the city to narrow down the search to find Fanny.

They had spent the previous two hours torturing Gwen, desperately trying to get her to speak, but she didn’t give them anything.

Michel shook his head.

“Not yet, but I’m going there today. She hasn’t answered my calls or texts and that might not be a good sign.”

Andy sighed as he leaned over one of the maps, circling several areas.

“That’s right, so I think we need to start here.” He pointed to the south side of city X, marking the area with a black Sharpie.

“This is Davies’s home ground, a good place to start asking questions. They don’t know yet that we know about Gwen and we’re keeping her so it can work.”

Michel licked his lips and ran a hand through his hair in frustration.

“Mr. Aiden. I want to kill him. I need...”
