Chapter 207. Her Tears
They both rushed towards the hospital. Her legs were shivering, her heart thumping wildly in her chest as she moved towards the room where her mother was admitted. Her family gathered outside the door, surrounding the doctor. She felt like it was déjà vu. Tears were quick to form in her eyes.
She had already gone through a lot. She didn't have the courage to lose her other parent. She was weak. She wasn't mentally strong enough. Only her mother was her hope—the reason she was living in this world. If it was not for her, then she might have taken her life.
She saw no reason to live at this point. Given whatever had been going on in her life for the past few days, the thought of committing suicide had flashed across her mind multiple times, but it was just the thought of her mother that kept her from carrying out this action.
She was mentally, physically, and emotionally drained. She felt she was alone in the world and had no one around her. She had no shoulder on
