Alessandro’s POV

From the very moment I sighted Russo from afar, I knew he was going to spout a lot of nonsense.

I had vowed to keep him from spilling anything to Amelia, especially not the one secret I have been hiding from her all these times.

“Let’s leave here, Amelia.” I grabbed her hand and pulled her away. Russo got in our way and leaned to whisper something into Amelia’s ear which I didn’t hear.

“Get the fuck away from her!” I yelled, my veins rising in anger.

“Calm down, DeMarco.” Russo smirked, his eyes glinting with mischief. “For now, you can enjoy her while it last but I promise she’d be mine soon. I’ll claim her just like I did with Regina. Trust me, I’m having a very nice time with her.”

I didn’t bother to exchange words with him. He was a fool, a complete one.

He wouldn’t be the one to push me to create a scene here and get painted all over the news.
