Castillo’s POV

I grinned at the photo in my right hand, my thumb grazing the edges. Regina had always been beautiful and her smile seemed to always melt my heart in a way I couldn’t understand.

I didn’t know why I was still holding unto my feelings for her. It has been more than ten years now and it’s crazy how I kept on falling in love with her every minute.

Strange. I thought I discarded the crush I had on her when she got into a relationship with that rascal—Alessandro. We had never been on good terms and it seemed like he was taking Regina gradually away from me—breaking the relationship between us at every damn kiss.
