Chapter 102. The Letters
PRECIOUS' POV
GIGGLING AND A BIT euphoric, Precious steps through Kamil's bedroom—sorry, the carnage that dropped in what used to be Kamil's bedroom.
Gone is the clean space and in its wake is the wardrobe flung open (why that was he doesn't.. Oh, they used one of Kamil's shirt as a rag), the bed unmade and scattered with strips of discarded paper, wrappers and the occasional tape.
The worst disaster are on Kamil's hardwood floors.
Scissors, misshapen cardboard, cutout magazine, splatters of paint, mud (sorry, potter's mud), wet and tattered tissues on a wet area that Precious isn't sure there's a need for the tissues, a bowl of water precariously close to a knee—that's the culprit—an unhealth amount of glitter and a tub of chocolate.
At least the shelf of Kamil's treasured childhood figurines are untouched.
Before this mess are four teenagers, clothes, skin and hair splattered with everything they've touched, big, bright eyes blinking at them.
