Chapter 80. Pass the Salt

"Pass the salt," Regent repeats, "Pass the salt."

Sitting adjacent her, Snowdust picks up the salt shaker but doesn't pass it. "Tell me something about you."

"What?"

"Tell me something I don't know about you."

Regent gives her a look but Snowdust only shrugs.

"Can someone else pass me the salt?"

Rivers snap his fingers at the server punctiliously posed behind them but Snowdust shakes her head at him.

"No. She has to answer. It's a game."

"We are literally having breakfast."

"So?"

Regent glance at the table for someone to talk some sense into Snowdust but no one does. Sighing, she complies.

"I have never been buried in the sand."

"Hey!" Snowdust throws the salt to which Regent catches easily. "I told you that in confidence."

"You don't pass the salt, you get seitlzed,"

"That's not a word," Rivers correction gets drowned by Constellation asking when Snowdust got buried
