Chapter 54. Hidden Weapon

When she woke up in the morning, Vera Russell was nowhere to be seen. But she remembered the last night Kane Matthews had helped ease her pain. If he didn't stay, she feared that she would have suffered all night!

As for what he did, she couldn't remember. But in her last consciousness, his hand was on her stomach.

Anyway, she's in this state right now; he can't… Thinking of this, Vera Russell blushed and hurriedly got out of bed.

Out of the room, going down to the kitchen, she saw a sticky note on the table with a strong pen written on it: "Noodles in the pot."

Vera Russell involuntarily smiled. Does he really only know how to cook noodles? Why can't even porridge know how to cook?
