Chapter 97. Melvin Is Jealous

Jagad watched Danas leave while slamming the door. Danas was upset.

Jagad's face changed a second later, looking at Melvin. "You're really too much, Melvin."

"Outrageous? Are you defending that woman?"

"She's your wife, not that woman," Jagad argued as he stepped out.

"Do you like my wife?" asked Melvin, stopping Jagad's steps. Jagad gave a soft chuckle, smiled, and left the room without answering Melvin's question.

Jagad's smile like that made Melvin feel uneasy. His mind suddenly remembered what his mother had said some time ago.

Jagad was out looking for Danas' whereabouts. The destination was the park, and he knew Danas would be there.

"What was that?" A voice surprised Danas.

"Brother Jagad."

"Uncharacteristic."

Danas let out a rough breath. "He's making fun he grumbled, ed while puffing up high, making Jagad's fingers run through the top of Danas' hair. He was quite annoyed with Danas' behaviour like that
