Even though I still wanted to question Alex, I left him there. I won’t press him to say what I want to ask because he doesn’t appear to want to. I’ll be thrilled if he ever tells me why we have the same ring, but if he wants to keep it a secret from me like Randall, aunt Helena, and Archer do, I’m powerless to stop him.
