RAYNE'S POV

I locked eyes with him, wondering how he knew that. The only people that knew my likes and preferences were my parents and Elaina. "How did you know that?" I asked him and he smirked at me.

"I'm quite smart, you know? You are lucky to have me as your husband." He said with a proud look. I chuckled inwardly. Heaven alone knew just how much about me he had discussed with Elaina.

Averting my gaze from him, I looked into the park. It was much more beautiful and developed now than I remember. But, why did it look like a deserted place? It was way too quiet and empty.
