I started soaking the cloth in water and then placing it on his forehead. This was what Hunter used to do to me for cooling down the high temperature of my body.
I repeated the same action for several times, before he grabbed my arms and shook his head.
" Don't."
" What happened?" I asked, looking straight into his eyes.
" Don't make me think that you really care for me." He chuckled dryly.
I knitted my eyebrows and blinked. " And what if I do?"
He again shook his head and stared at the celling, in silence. My heart started beating louder, thinking that he might not believe me.
" Search in the drawer, there might be some antihistamines." He changed the topic easily but there was something strange in his eyes which was hard to figure out.
I nodded and went to open the drawer. I handed him the packet of antihistamines and water bottle. He quickly gulped them down his throat and pressed his eyes shut.
