Chapter 28. Do You Not Like My Abs?

Adele’s POV

I walked out of the bathroom after taking a shower and Chris went in immediately. I raised a brow at the closed bathroom door before shrugging and going into the walk-in closet to get dressed up instead.

I was done in no time and I hung the bathrobe I used to dry and went to bed. The door to the bathroom finally opened and I looked toward it.

Chairs walked out majestically with a towel wrapped around his lower body and I took my eyes off him immediately. My heart started beating fast when my head moved on its own to look at the man standing not far away from me with his hands drying his hair with a towel.

Water trailed down from his hair over his face, only to join with the water on his face and the journey continued. I gulped as I trailed that bead of water down to his chest and down those muscular abs on his stomach. It took a rough path going lower and it suddenly went down that v line and into the skin underneath the towel.
