Doctor Enzo knew how his wife had always had a fondness for Kitty and Katherine. When Katherine was brought into the hospital in the first place, she couldn't stop talking about how she met someone who was so young but so sick.

That was how he got to know Katherine because she was always talking about her every time she came back. They had this rule that every time they came back from work, they had to talk about their day at work. They had been working with that rule since they got married. He liked that about their lives; there were no secrets whatsoever.

He was walking closely with his wife leading. She knew the ins and outs of the hospital because he usually told her what was happening. She had wanted to see Kitty since the day he told her that she was admitted, but she had not gotten a chance from work. He knew that she had entered the hospital because of that. He wasn't going to tell her now, so she wouldn't get angry at him.
