She wasn't going to be sidelined like that; she had always wanted to be in the front of whatever was happening. This was why she worked so hard to get everything that she had now. She was going to listen to whatever Jason wanted to say to her because she wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

There was no reasonable reason why she shouldn't listen to him, so she was going to listen and let him say what he wanted to say because if she didn't understand where he was coming from, they were going to have issues if this repeated itself.

Kitty knew that she was understanding; she had always been that way. She couldn't help herself; she had always known that it was going to take her far. She wasn't somebody that concluded so fast, so she was going to listen to Jason, allow him to explain to her before she made any decision. She looked at him and made him understand that it was time to hear what he wanted her to listen to because it was time.
