Chapter 12. A Bet and a Challenge

"Oh really? Your wife?"

David showed a surprised expression after hearing Brent's statement. However, that was just a pretense. In fact, almost everyone who knew Brent had heard about his marriage. Moreover, there is a special media for business people to spread the news.

"I've kept Beverley under wraps for too long. Wouldn't I be a scumbag if I didn't marry her soon?" asked Brent, grinning at David. His left hand gently caressed the long hair of the woman in his lap.
