Chapter 23. Vera Knight

LUCAS KNIGHT 

“Who is she, Lucas Knight?" Vivian asks calmly, but the fire In her eyes tells me that she is nothing close to being calm. 

“Someone that is not important," I reply nonchalantly.

“I ask again Luke, who the fuck is the old Barbie doll?" 

“That is none of your fucking business Vivian. Get out! I need to speak to her." I ordered Vivian.

My actions are probably not the best thing to do in this situation but do I care? No, I absolutely don't give a fuck.

“Pardon his manners, he didn't have parents to teach him any," Vera tells Viv in a very sweet tone. 

“Shut up Vera," I hiss at her.

“Since Lukey boy has refused to introduce me, I will do the honour myself. I am Vera Knight." She announces. 

Vivian is silently staring at me with a look that is begging me to tell her that Vera is lying about her name.

Unfortunately, I hope is crumbled as I can only look away from her.

“Oh
