Ciara's POV 

Brianna suggested we start our run on foot in human form before she would shift and carry me on her back. 

I had left her and Bryan to talk privately but I was uneasy, bursting at the seams wanting to know what was said. 

The energy about her had changed when she met me in the garden and I knew their conversation had been tense which peaked my curiosity further. 

“You're staring,” she commented and I flushed. I quickly looked away and continued jogging.
