Alpha Sherman’s husky whisper still echoed in my ears,”After all... we won’t need any clothes tonight.”

My fingers trembled at the hem of my shirt—not from fear or embarrassment, but from the primitive desire burning just beneath my skin.

“You’re really something else,” I managed to say, trying to sound casual though my heart was hammering against my ribs.

I wasn’t some innocent, naive girl.

Physical intimacy didn’t frighten me.

But Noah was right next door, probably already asleep, and if he heard even the slightest noise... Moon Goddess, I’d die of embarrassment.

He pulled me flush against his bare chest, and I could feel his body heat radiating through my thin clothes, smell
